Family and Individual Dental and Vision

Per the Affordable Care Act, all children insured through a “Metallic” plan must have the federally mandated Pediatric Dental Benefit which is generally added to any medical policy issued with anyone under 21 since 1/1/14.

For those other family members or those who do not need the Pediatric Dental Benefit, stand-alone dental is available from Humana here.

Other carriers also have dental but paper applications will be required.
